3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on td777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.

4 Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Operating multiple Accounts — whether for personal use, on behalf of another person, or for the purpose of abusing bonuses — is strictly prohibited. td777 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all associated accounts may be closed and any balances forfeited.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

7 Bonuses & Promotions

td777 may offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and other promotions from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. These requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount or the bonus plus deposit, as specified in the promotion.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit per spin or per wager applies (typically stated in the promotion terms). Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Errors made during the bet placement process — including incorrect selections, stake amounts, or event choices — are the User's responsibility.
• td777 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors in odds, manifest pricing mistakes, event cancellations, or evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Live in-play bets are subject to the Platform's live-betting rules, which include latency disclaimers. In-play odds are time-sensitive; td777 does not guarantee that odds displayed at the moment of bet placement will be identical to the odds at the moment of bet confirmation.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on td777 and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the td777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and interface design — is the proprietary property of td777 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. No other rights are granted. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of td777.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, td777 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

• Service interruptions, technical failures, or errors caused by factors outside td777's reasonable control, including telecommunications outages, third-party payment processor failures, or force majeure events.
• Any loss resulting from your breach of these Terms, including but not limited to Account closure and balance forfeiture.

Nothing in these Terms limits td777's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Responsible Gambling

td777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform offers a suite of tools designed to help Users manage their gambling activity. These tools are available within Account Settings and include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders or session end notifications after a set period of play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

13 Account Closure & Termination

Where an Account is closed by td777 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where closure is not due to a User breach, td777 will use reasonable endeavours to return the outstanding balance to the User via their registered payment method.

14 Amendments to These Terms
